Hand a record to an agent

Research, outreach and logging, done for you.

About 4 minutes

The CRM is not only a filing cabinet. You can hand a record to your team.

Steps

  1. Open an account or a deal.
  2. Ask your Chief of Staff to work it — "research this account and draft an approach", or "this deal has gone quiet, what should we do".
  3. Agents research the account, draft outreach, and log what they did back onto the record.
  4. Drafts wait in Tasks.

You're done when the record shows agent-logged activity and a draft is waiting.

Why logging back matters

Work that happens off the record may as well not have happened — the next person, human or agent, cannot see it. Agents log to the record so the history stays complete and the next draft builds on the last one.

Gotchas

  • Research is bounded by what is verifiable. An agent that cannot find a reason says so rather than inventing one.
  • A thin record produces a thin approach. Fill the account in first if it is empty.
