Approve, edit or regenerate a touch
Stay in control of every message that goes out in your name.
Every drafted touch waits in Tasks under the Email chip. You have four options.
| Option | When |
|---|---|
| Approve | It reads right. Send it. |
| Edit | Nearly right — fix the wording yourself. |
| Regenerate | Wrong angle. Say what was wrong and let it redraft. |
| Skip | This prospect should not get this touch. |
Regenerating well
A regeneration instruction is a sentence, not a rewrite. "Too formal", "lead with the pricing change", "they already use a competitor — acknowledge that" all work. The agent has the research; it needs the steer, not the prose.
Steps
- Open Tasks, filter to Email.
- Read the draft against the prospect's record — the research is right there.
- Approve, edit, regenerate, or skip.
- Work down. The queue is ordered by when things are due.
You're done when the Email chip reads zero.
Gotchas
- Editing teaches nothing; regenerating does. If a whole batch is off in the same way, use regeneration with an instruction, or fix the campaign intent — editing fifty drafts by hand fixes fifty drafts.
- Nothing sends on a timer while you sleep. An unapproved touch waits.
