Replies and scheduled sends

Draft, approve, and choose when it goes.

About 4 minutes

Three ways to reply

Write it yourself — for anything sensitive.

Draft a reply — an agent writes it from the thread's context and your voice. You edit and approve.

Schedule it — approve now, send at a chosen time. Useful across timezones, and for not replying at 2am.

Steps

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Choose Draft a reply.
  3. Read it against the thread. Edit, or ask for a revision.
  4. Send, or schedule.

You're done when the reply reads like you wrote it.

Scheduled sends

Anything scheduled is visible and cancellable until it goes. A scheduled send is a commitment you can still withdraw.

Gotchas

  • Sending requires the send grant. Without it you can draft but not send — which is the correct default for a new member.
  • A drafted reply is not sent. It waits. This surprises people who expect a mail client.
