Billing questions
Charges, credits, limits and what to do when a number looks wrong.
The two things you are billed for
Your plan — a recurring charge for seats, concurrency and included channels.
AI usage — only if Foreman funds the AI. On bring-your-own-key you settle tokens with your provider directly and Foreman never bills you for them.
Common questions
Why is my usage higher than I expected? Usually recurring work. A routine set to daily is a daily spend. Check Settings → Automation and prune anything you are not reading. Long-running objectives with many tasks are the other common cause.
Can I cap spending? Yes — per-agent budgets, plus the concurrency ceiling on your tier. On BYOK you can also set limits at the provider.
What are add-ons for? So one constraint does not force a tier jump: extra licences, extra channels, more managed searches, more external actions per day.
I changed tier mid-month — what happens? The change applies to your plan immediately; billing prorates.
A charge looks wrong. Check Settings → Billing for the transaction and the cost summary for what consumed it, then contact us with the date and amount. Do not guess from the balance alone — a pending credit can make a balance look lower than it settles at.

Chatting with your Chief of Staff is free. Scoping and running objectives requires a plan. This is why a brand-new workspace can hold a conversation but stops at the first objective — that wall is expected, not a fault.
