Calendar

Connecting email usually brings your calendar with it, since they are the same grant.

What you can do

See your schedule, create events, update them, and cancel them — and, more usefully, let your agents take your availability into account when they are drafting or scheduling something.

Steps

1. Open Calendar.
2. Confirm your connected account's events appear.
3. Create an event to check write access works.

You're done when your real schedule shows and a created event appears in your own calendar app.

Gotchas

• No calendar usually means no mail connection. Connect the channel first.
• Agents read your calendar for scheduling context. If that is not what you want, do not grant calendar access.
