Prospecting, campaigns and publishing

Social publishing

A week of posts, queued and waiting for your yes.

About 5 minutes

Foreman drafts posts in your brand voice, queues them on a schedule, and holds everything for review.

Steps

  1. Ask your Chief of Staff for a week of posts, or let a routine produce them on a schedule.
  2. Open Publishing to see the queue.
  3. For each post: approve, request revisions in a sentence, reschedule, or discard.
  4. Approved posts publish at their scheduled time.

You're done when the review queue is empty and posts are scheduled.

Requesting revisions

You do not have to rewrite a post. "Too salesy", "open with the number", "cut the last paragraph" — the agent redrafts and it returns to the queue.

Channels

LinkedIn and X are live. Instagram and Facebook depend on platform approval for your account and appear when available.

Gotchas

  • Scheduled is not sent. A scheduled post still passed your review; nothing publishes that you did not approve.
  • Brand voice, not your personal voice. These are kept separate on purpose — see the business profile.
